Marie Clark has been an NCCPT-certified Personal Trainer since 2014 and holds certifications as an ISSA Nutritionist, ISSA Yoga Instructor, Tibetan Sound Bath Practitioner, and Wilderness Survival Instructor. Together, these disciplines give her a holistic and well-rounded approach to helping athletes build strength, resilience, and suport recovery for both the body and mind.

She specializes in mountain athletics and training for mountain-specific goals, drawing from her personal experience in hiking, climbing, trail running, backpacking, and glacier, ice, and alpine climbing. Her deep time in the mountains gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to move efficiently, safely, and confidently in demanding terrain, along with the skills and knowledge needed to remain self-reliant and make sound decisions in remote mountain environments.

Marie previously worked as a mountain guide based out of Seattle, Washington, and is now co-owner of Idaho Mountain Guides in Boise, Idaho. The extensive time she spends in the mountains—with other guides, athletes and competitors—continually shapes her coaching style. She focuses not only on physical performance, but also on nutrition, recovery, and the mental resilience required to meet the challenges and risks that come with mountain pursuits.
