Sound Bath & Sound Healing

Sound baths and sound healing are restorative experiences that use vibration and tone to promote deep relaxation and balance. Specialized singing bowls are played in gentle layers of sound that wash over the body, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Many people leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to themselves. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced in modern wellness practices, sound healing offers a peaceful space to rest, reset, and realign—simply by listening and receiving.

Sound Healing: $120 an hour

Sound Bath: $75 an hour.

Custom Fitness Plans

Our Custom Fitness Plans combine personal training and nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals with a comprehensive, individualized approach. Plans are available in person or online, making it easy to work together no matter where you’re located.

Every program is goal-based and fully customized to support the outcomes you want—whether that’s preparing for a major mountain objective, improving endurance, or building overall strength and resilience. We specialize in training for big mountain climbing, backpacking, and ultra running, but design each plan specifically for the individual athlete.

There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to achieving your goals, which is why every plan is tailored to your experience, fitness level, and objectives.

If you prefer, personal training and nutrition coaching are also available separately.

Personal Training Sessions: $75 per hour
Nutrition Coaching: $75 per hour

Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are designed to support you wherever you are in your practice. Whether you’re building strength, increasing flexibility, or simply seeking a moment of calm, each class offers thoughtful movement, mindful breath-work, and space to reconnect with yourself. With options ranging from gentle, restorative sessions to more dynamic flows, our offerings create an inclusive and welcoming environment where you can grow, reset, and move with intention. We also offer both scheduled classes at our fitness center, or custom courses designed to fit your need.

Scheduled Classes: $20 per person + $5 cleaning fee if you need to use our mats, blocks, etc. Click here for the Class Schedule

Custom Offerings: $75 per person per hour or $200.00 flat rate for groups of 6 or more. You choose the style, intensity and length of the class to meet your need. We can meet at our fitness center or if you prefer I can come to you. We can hold the class indoors or outside.

Wilderness Survival Camps

Our wilderness survival camps offer hands-on, immersive experiences designed to build confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to nature. Participants learn essential outdoor skills such as shelter building, fire starting, navigation, and resource awareness in a supportive, team-focused environment. Whether you’re new to the outdoors or looking to expand your skills, our camps foster self-reliance, leadership, and respect for the natural world—all while creating meaningful adventure and lasting memories.

We typically offer 2 a year (Spring/Fall) or we can customize a retreat for you and your friends. We also do Corporate Retreats & Team Building packages. Contact us for details.

Wellness Retreats

Clark Mountain Athletics hosts 3 Day Wellness retreats. We provide lodging at our remote wilderness lodge, or can provide wilderness retreats that include camping in remote locations.

Outdoor Safety Classes & Lectures

I specialize in educational courses/lectures specific to staying safe in the outdoors. I customize all my material to meet your business/group needs. Some previous courses I’ve taught include; Snow Camping & Winter Recreation, Backpacking Basics, Avalanche Awareness, Safe Winter Travel, Trail Running Safely, 10 Essentials, Navigation Basics, Hiking for Weight Loss, Wilderness First Aid, and others.
