Balance & Mobility Yoga + Sound Bath
This class focuses on improving balance, joint mobility, and overall body awareness through slow, intentional yoga movements and functional mobility work. It’s designed to help you move better, feel more stable, and support long-term strength and injury prevention.
We’ll finish the session with a relaxing sound bath using Tibetan sound healing methods to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded and restored. Perfect for all levels and anyone looking to move, reset, and recharge.
