Strength & Flexibility Yoga + Sound Bath
This class blends strength-building yoga with deep, intentional stretching to help you build muscle, improve flexibility, and support overall body resilience. Through controlled movements and longer holds, we’ll work on developing strength while increasing range of motion and stability.
The class will close with a soothing sound bath using Tibetan sound healing methods allowing your body to relax, release tension, and fully integrate the work from the practice. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and deeply restored.
